  • Managed timelines and theme selections, routed meetings to hit deadlines and oversaw goals. 

  • Created posters, marketing material, programs, and tickets. 

  • Led and managed the creation of assets. 

  • Wore many hats within the small crew and brought a team-player mindset to solve solutions.

Trials and Tribulations

COVID TRANSITION

  • Oversaw the transition from a real-life show, through to an online format, and finally back to a live event in the last year, including figuring out what to do with printed posters and how to advertise as effectively as possible.
  • This included configuring and organizing new methods of communication, leading team meetings, and rescoping end goals with the team.
  • Having to figure out new handoff methods for large after-effect files and templates.
  • Coordinated new collaboration and group critique methods between the VFX, Marketing, and Design team, as well as implementing strict individual responsibilities.
  • Continuous reiteration of timelines and goals with new changes.

HIRING

  • Oversaw the transition of new crew and changes within hiring. 
  • Mentored new hires and lead the graphics and marketing dept.
  • Wore multiple hats pulling the team towards success in the following roles: Marketing, Graphic Design, Production designer.
